Frequently Asked Questions about Our Services

What kind of music variety do you have?
We invested a great amount of time creating a very broad collection of music. We have over 200,000 songs ranging from Classic Hits, Oldies, 90's and most importantly we have Today's Hottest Hits that you listen to on your favorite radio station(s).

Will we get to talk with our DJ?
Yes. All DJ's are available via e-mail and telephone as well as you can meet one on one with them before during or after your event. We strive for top customer service and believe communication is key. We do this every day and are here to guide you through the process with any questions or concerns you might have at any step along the way.

Do you provide a written agreement and are you insured?
Yes. We do provide a written contract, it is emailed at signing and then we also have a signed copy. We carry liability insurance.

Do You Use Professional Equipment
Over the years we've invested thousands to make sure you have the very best in audio and visual technology at your event. We'll make sure your guests won't miss your toasts, announcements or even your vows. Our visual lighting technology will also create a comfortable and warm atmosphere for your guests.

Do you have back up Equipment on site?
Absolutely! Luckily we've never experienced a major equipment malfunction in our many years of operation, but as with all electronics they are man made and can fail. For this reason alone we choose to take extra steps to make sure we're always prepared by bringing a FULL backup system!

What about attire?
You'll want to let us know the proper attire for your event. Whatever the occasion, we'll make sure to dress the part. If you need us to have matching colors for your wedding that is definitely an option as well.

Can my guests make requests?
Absolutely! We discuss styles and genres of music ahead of time to get a feel for what you and your guests will enjoy. We will also give you the opportunity to provide "play lists" and "do not play lists" to make sure that you are happy with the selection.

What if we want to go longer?
Overtime is easy...simply tell your Entertainer that you would like to continue. Our overtime rate is $35 per half hour, billable in 30 minute increments and payable upon completion of your event.

How do the payments work?
Your deposit fee is $100 required at time of booking agreement. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. We accept Cash or Check

What if we have to cancel or reschedule our event?
We certainly understand that changes are sometimes a necessity. If you notify us with 30 days prior notice you may reschedule your event for anytime within the next 12 month period with no penalty. If you must cancel with less than 30 day's notice please understand that we have already been obligated to provide services for your event and it is unlikely that we can be reassigned with such short notice. Therefore, fees are due as scheduled. That being said we will work with you on a case by case basis to ensure that you receive services for the fees paid.
